Just remember this....Cheju National University is URGENTLY looking for a teacher or two. There is a reason. Heed the warnings...Cheju FLI is NOT the university position one might be thinking. It is a hakwon!
Low pay, they sign a sponsor form with immigration agreeing to provide airfare and they don't. If teachers are asked to stay on another year, NO pay raises. You will be teaching children, summer camps, long schedules, the housing (new dorm) sucks! And expensive! You will not know when your vacation is until the last minute. Constant changes. I sent in my resume and received the contract and it is not a good contract. I didn't sign. They also sent the contract to my friend who also backed out. Talk to the current teachers for the info.
