The best contract is the good chemistry between you and your boss. The papers are useless. Unless you are in a society full of greedy lawyers trying to make a high percent of a lenghty legal court case. Anytime you are trying to make your boss respect you because a contract, you are in the wrong place. Unless you like being used and abused.
