The best way to land a school is that you can contact with the school derictly via any agent. If a school or an agent are able to send you two papers to you for you to apply for a Z visa in your country, he is reliable even he is not registerd or working as a free agent.

Most schools hope to apply for work permit for their teachers when they arrive at the schools, becaue they are afraid that the teachers would work eslewhere if Z visa application papers have been sent to the teachers and they apply for Z visas.
