What are the chances of Chinese people from abroad that wants to get a job in China or HK?

I'm a college student and I wanted to get a job in China. But the problem is, I'm Chinese, and China is full of very talented Chinese people already. Will they actually hire their own kind from abroad when they can find them locally? And another problem is, I'm still in college and don't have must teaching experience. What do you think the chances are?
