Now that I recall, it was our fearless Governor, THE SPACE JOCKEY, who vetoed the bill for a raise to $7.25! And THIS TURKEY wants to run for Prexy?! Sorry about the error.
The Arrogant One
Sorry, The Terminator, aka venerable governor of California vetoed the minimum wage hike in CA. Only Washington State beats the US in state-wide min wage. But hey, if you cant qualify for a fast food job, theres always Wal-Mart: We do shopping right.
Listen, teaching ESL has its adventures. Why just today, teaching my 3 year old kids, I got slugged in the nuts during my puppet show. As I was cascading to the floor, I was wondering if I could get the same job I had at Wendys when I was 16, some centuries ago. That wouldnt be so bad if, the last week, one of my cute 3 year old girls didnt put me in a head lock until I almost passed out. She was having a few giggles anyway.
But, unlike the quitter who so loquaciously put up 6 words of encouragement, Ill soldier ononly with elephantitis.

MEA CULPA, Dean ...
ONCE AGAIN, my clumsy finger missed the right key! Correct that earlier figure to read $7.50! Were you at Carl's Jr. here in L.A.?
Peace.
The Arrogant (and butterfingered) One
Dear Arrogant One,
I see that you are in LA. Would you know if the restaurant called Las Brisas is still open in Laguna Beach (top of the bluff). I miss SouthCal very much.
