Have you e-mailed the school? How did you send your doccuments, by e-mail or post or fax? Better follow up on that.

i suggest you set the record straight with that school quickly. go ahead and contact them right now. if they feel you respect your time, they most probably will respect you. btw had you spoken to other esl teachers at school, very important.

Don't worry about seeming pushy - no on eis more pushy than koreans. By all means, contact the school!

should i be worried?

I recently accepted a job in South Korea, and have already signed the contract, but I have heard little from the school since I've sent the documents(over a week ago). I'm supposed to be leaving by the end of the month. From what I've been told, business is sometimes done differently in South Korea, and I shouldnt expect the same as in North America. I don't want to seem pushy, but should I just keep trying to contact the school? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
