Boring. But if he is here you can go out for dinner and see a few things like the Kuwait Towers and the Scientific Centre. If you like to shop there are world class malls and Chocolate bars. Bring Alcohol if you drink in plastic bottles (worse that could happen is they take them - just act dumb).

There are some cool restaurants. You could go Jetskiiing (rentals). Go for a weekend to Dubai or Bahrain.
