People running crappy training centres in China and places with unethical and infamous business practices like EF do not share any of these values

They also tend to be discriminatory and racist in their hiring practices too. These places are very unethical indeed, they just follow a very capitalist profit motivated business model, it is not any different from a supermarket or any other crappy corporation. They should be shut down in China, and the investors/owners jailed.
