No no! Please don't think I am calling you out, I just am hesitant about going abroad. Honestly I have been very frustrated with applying with schools and then finding out they are on the Chinese blacklist, or the pay isn't worth it. Its really discouraging to do this on my own and that is why I decided to work with a recruiter, they just seem like they know who they are dealing with and even though they get a cut, the recruiters seem genuine and honest. Whenever I had interviews with Chinese people I feel like they were just telling me what I wanted to hear and seemed kind of shady.. The first time I actually spoke with someone from the states I felt like I could talk to him on a conversational level and we actually could relate to experiences from the states which made the interview more comfortable.

I really appreciate everyones feedback and thank you so much for taking the time to even respond to this subject.
:D
