ANY contract where there are stipulations such as:

"Whereas party A may reduce the salary or party B" for ANY reason or "Party A my add hours or classes to party B's schedule with out change in salary" is an excuse to reduce monies or water down the salary being paid.

There is a contract from Wuhan where there is not less than seven lines in the contract where the employer can reduce salary at it's own discretion based on "funny equations". CZZChina/ CZZ Educatiatong has performance stipulations in it's contract that can be negated at any time simply by changing the teachers' school. READ your contract! Don't be afraid to modify your contract so you don't get victimized. Send it back and get it approved. Remember: google, google, google, the agency or recruiter, school, city or area, persons by name, etc.. Ask for friends or posters in ESL websites for their opinion of the contract you've been sent if you're not sure. NEVER sign an electronic contract unless party A has signed it already and the company stamp is on it. If they waffle or refuse WALK AWAY.
