Those Chinese people never seem to refer to those spoilt fuerdai gaokao failures in China that cheat on exams to get into lower class foreign universities (American is cracking down big time on S.A.T exam fraud), then never mix with foreigners, get a shit degree with a low grade, then come home and still live off their parents money because the country that they studied in weren't willing to offer them a visa; unless they found worthwhile employment.

What's more, those Chinese students make Western universities a hell of a lot of money! By the way, let's not forget that overseas study is the time when most spoilt rich Chinese girls try their first foreign dick... Then they never go back!
