Yes, they deserve to get punished, they should be lucky fraud is not punishable by death in the West, like it is in China.

Perhaps we should reinstate the death penalty for this crime, then the Chinese may not think to commit such offences. Either way I hope they get hard labour for life. I hate cheating chinese!!!!
