A lawsuit against top US unis should be followed by a lawsuit against the deceptive agencies that are involved in Asian (mostly Chinese) students' applications to western universities. Although most young Chinese are victims of their country's poor educational system, they are incapable to deal with the learning process required of them in the west and with the English language despite their high test scores which are skewed anyway.
