China could never conquer for a couple of reasons.

1) Language, English is the worlds business language whether China likes it or not.
2) They can only promote economic power, they don't have military bases worldwide, nor can their navy project it's power long range like the UK navy can.They have to buy ex soviet carriers....
3)Russia could become resurgent and lead brics through language and energy resources, the centre of this "nwo" will likely be in Kazakhstan or russia, and not China.
