Hi, I am interested in teaching abroad and doing some research in different countries...I am interested in working in the UAE, but not sure if it is quite safe for teachers at this time....any thoughts from experienced teachers over there are greatly appreciated.

Also, I have been looking at job posts teaching in Korea and curious about the required hours of teaching being so late for teachers of elementary children...some of those hours are till 10pm at night. That seems odd to me....are they talking about prepping the courses before school starts, or are those the actual teaching hours? The job offers were on a reputable site linked with this one, I believe...not sure, looked at so many...:)
