The big question now will be, can they reign in the pollution problem with 6 and a bit years to go, or will they just carry out a temporary measure of banning cars and closing factories during the duration of the games, as happened last time? Other bids should have been considered, the IOC is hopelessly corrupt, and should be disbanded or reexamined imho....I smell a dirty rat!!!!!
