You may already know what Helen TEFL's reputation and policies are, they are now using various names to recruit teachers.
They seem to be using China TEFL Network and University of Zhejiang Helen TEFL Group. They may change again.

Oh by the way, trust me when I say it is not a misunderstanding when they do a bait and switch to you. It is company policy. There contract will literally say: Any promises given by any of its staff or employees verbally or by email or not valid. ONLY the written contract you sign. They will have you spend money and come see them then make you sign or try to rush you to sign something totally different, or with key minor changes in the contract.
