I know plenty of FT's from 23 up to 60 years of age in China who are totally broke, I mean, they survive from pay packet to pay packet. Just drifters in a foreign land, no future for those individuals.

Yeap, and the visas and the rules are getting harder. In their 50s, in ESL in China, their future is oblivion, death is the only hope of release, most will now not employ post 60, and perhaps even over 50. Then there are the stricter visa rules, employers following everything to the letter of the law. No good!!
