DS board represents the ESL winners more than losers as those who post there are mostly employers/advertisers/recruiters. The ones, who lose, are mostly the teachers that follow the advert/board info. Anyhow, it currently is not easy to find an adequate teacher to China for the reasons that jobs are poorly advertised, conditions have deteriorated and forums are untrustworthy to say the least.
