Doctor, people make money, because they are unethical, rude and because they are willing to test the laws. Posting nonsense stuff on forums of sites, where sponsors are debated, isn't uneducated but smart for the credibility of such discussions. Look around and you'll see such people and/or acts just about everywhere. "Undesirables"? "Back home"? DS, his sponsors, his lawyers, or some of the posters that he supports may be serving the man from "the West" where you think they'd be nothing.

Now, this doesn't mean I disagree with your sentiment. It truly is "a waste" and not just of "space" but time, money and all the effort many people spend when they decide to get into ESL. Following some job adverts is often tricky and difficult, researching the employment opportunities often yields little info to lean on, accepting some posted positions is often regrettable and attempting to improve conditions either at work or via social media has proven to be a mission impossible.

In a nutshell, the trend on DS Cafe is "undesirable" due to the reasons we've mentioned; however, the emotions in our posts that point in wrong directions or do not face the issues well enough are more than misfit. The "trolls" are on many boards and this one clearly isn't an exception; time will tell, if they can be managed in a better way or not as well as it will tell whether Dave and his nasty people can be eliminated from the market for good.
