In response to Re Supply and demand (John O'Shei)

I wouldn't let them sing in China either... Actually, I think that China has already done that, over a little squabble relating to a few pieces of rock in the sea, as a butthurt wannabe superpower would...

Yeap, they can't even get the cheap 5 day Shenzhen visa at the Louhu border anymore, so the Phils must have really annoyed the Chinese. I bet that pisses a lot of the flipper domestic helpers off, as they would have gone over on sunday for a cheap day out from the reality of being a cleaning and cooking slave in HK, but now that avenue is closed to them.

Jokes aside, do you know how many Filipinos are tricked into entering certain 'jobs' in China, under false pretences? Some couldn't even go home if they wanted to; Chinese crooks have already taken their passports. That's not just the hookers (that thought that they were going to be singers), but ayis, real singers, everything. Some of them are pretty much kept as slaves in China, on illegal visas, not paid properly etc.

True, but most want to stay out of the place. I've not met a single one who wants to go back, they send their money back, but hate going back to poverty and unemployment. A greedy, grubbing race of people, not to be trusted.
