The "bed reputation in ESL" is more for the local outlets and the environment/market than for the western educational institutions. Just take a look at all the schools and centers in China and see what is going on. Judging Canadian schools for one outlet's BAD director and saying that they are worse than Americans is, respectfully, quite a fallacy. To "warn people on here", we ought to be as complete as we can.
