I'm increasingly seeing foreigners with side businesses cashing in; especially if they own bars and cafes. Selling them whilst they are still making a good profit, some are already seeing their decisions proven to be correct as the economy increasingly worsens.

What's more, the largest group of foreigners that are leaving these days? Those who speak Chinese well, are knowledgable about China; in many cases, the ones who originally planned to never leave.

The worse thing in regards to political situation? Not a single one of us knows the the full extent of what is brewing behind the scenes, regardless of which side we are on, or what outcome we desire.

But here's a tip for foreigners that still want to do business in China. Certain Chinese people are struggling to find ways to get their money out... (but proceed with great caution there).
