Recognition of complexity has no relationship with neutrality. Imperialism, colonialism, militarism, and caste systems are complex social problems, but certainly none are deserving of neutrality. All are deserving of our disdain.

Neither am I neutral about the British impact on the Hong Kong region of China. My observation, previously stated, is that citizens of the late British empire are cavalier (sic) in their criticism of China, and apparently 'neutral' about their comparatively disastrous legacy in India.
