The Panama Papers are probably about the conflict of interest rather than a crusade against communists or appropriate use of English. What is relevant or not, how things gradually improve or not, or who should teach English or not remains to be seen on the eslteachersboard

The so-called Pananma papers are primarily a witness to a Finance industry that is highly unregulated. All kinds of corrupt regimes an their representatives - whether commnist or not - have their share in it. "Caring" is again on a crusade against "communists" and China and its system....Not to say that the views of this poster are relevant or count at all. What really matters is how to gradually improve things; and that poster offers none of the latter.
