(3500RMB AFTER two months trial period??? What on earth is the salary DURING the two month trial period???)

Next up... This one of the most alarming ads Ive seen awhile (and theres some fierce competition for that honor!) These folks in Suzhou want SO MUCH for SO LITTLE! I have highlighted the many requirements and many pitfalls of the position. BEWARE!

(Lordy! For a measly 3000-4500RMB with no airfare reimbursement -- they want you to hold an MBA or Masters of Science degree, teach 20 hours a week/work 40 hours a week; teach classes far more specialized than oral English, AND do loads of adminstrative work and materials and examination development! Not to mention tis added feature of the job: The Instructor may also work in other cities on the rotational basis as part of the job enrichment program. Occasionally, the instructor may be required to participate in the recruitment fairs and exhibitions in Suzhou and other cities. Outrageous! Gee, I wonder how many hours the teacher is allowed to sleep? I also wonder how often we will see this ad posted again and again and again)

1. Salary-
A monthly salary of RMB 5000 will be paid.
For each day of authorized leave that is taken, 5% of this salary will be deducted.
Please note-
These deductions do not affect the kindergartens rights to terminate employment in the event of repeated lateness and or unauthorized absences or non-observance of rules.

(Wow, did you notice the FIRST thing they discuss is salary deductions and possible termination??? Could there some chronic problem with teacher absenteeism and attrition at this place? If so, WHY? Hmmm.)
