I was unable to find the earlier posting you seem to refer to but there is enough information in what you say here.

It isn't clear whether this man is requiring photographs of you or of children. No matter what he is asking for, though - if you are satisfied that his requests are indecent or potentially pornographic then you should contact the Canadian Embassy and inform them.

Be careful though, because they will expect you to have some evidence to support your complaint. If you have not kept notes, I suggest you spin this man along for a while longer and make notes every time he contacts you. The date and time of his contact and the duration of his call. Make notes of what he says or what he asks for. If you have had any e-mails from him or if you have sent any to him, be ready to provide copies of these. Also, did you send him digital pictures by e-mail? If so, do you still have those pictures saved on your computer? If you do, you must be ready to provide those as evidence too. Finally, you should print off a copy of his original contact along with a copy of your resume he was responding to.

Contact the right person in the Canadian Embassy. Your first contact would probably be best done on the telephone. Start by asking to speak to the Cultural Attache and if he is not the right person, he will certainly put you in touch with whoever is the right person. I feel sure that if you can substantiate your case with evidence such as e-mail copies, pictures and chronological notes of telephone conversations, the Canadian Embassy will take it very seriously and will involve the Canadian police to investigate it.

You should also think about what defence he will give to the Canadian police to explain your complaint. He may well claim that you have been sending him photographs in an effort to persuade him to employ you and that you were blackmailing him etc etc. Put yourself in his position and ask yourself what you would say in such a situation.

Please let me know how you get on with this and if you need any further help or advice, please contact me privately.

Kind regards

John
