It has been reported to us by one of the last teachers of CZZ China in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, that Niu Chen alias "Marco" and the Chinese staff of CZZ China have been arrested. The are accused of operating without a license to hire foreign teachers and submitting fake documents to the PSB to secure Foreign Expert Certification and Residency permits. Foreign teachers of CZZ China are being arrested, detained, and fined. We advise that any employees of CZZ China present or past leave China immediately if there or not return to China if outside the mainland.
