Your selective reading and the seeming right to project yourself on the board are the obvious issue here. Misleading the board, you're proving to be a pretty crappy character into any classroom.But yes, Chinese schools are "stupid enough" to hire such individuals for they don't have the choilces of well qualified, experienced and groomed people that'd truly commit themselves to their duties. I still wonder how the board reputation reflects the market though.

The point I am concerned about is the entitlement mentality of some posters on this board who have the audacity to claim they are teachers when they only have a High School Diploma and feel they have the right to teach or deech in China. If some Chinese schools were stupid enough to employ such folks in the past, it doesn't mean it's good for their students and that they will do so in the future.
