Wow thanks, that's good to know. They had managed to convey to me it was a place concerned with foreign documents and you have confirmed that. They gave me two white folders with photocopies of my documents cobbled together for 210 yuan. I think that there must be a third folder (all the same) and the estate agent has it. Funny place, was sent to about 4 different desks in the building and then back to the same desks more than once.
