Coming to the recent regulation, could anyone kindly shed more light? Does it affect those in possession of Z visa and FEC for many (8) years? To be specific, how does the regualtion affect a NNS currently working as an ADOS in China, has an MA, MSc (UK unis),CELTA, Trinity TESOL diploma, 15 years teaching/management experience in the UK, UAE,Hungary,Singapore, Qatar and China with verifiable references?
