In many US states its public information and even listed on some university websites are graduates names. yet China does not check work history, verify degrees or do any backgrounds checks. If fact many cities you can submit a photocopy of a degree to the authorities. But you need a reference letter from you last Chinese boss to get a new job or you will have to fly home. This sums it all up. This place is full of bravado but if this little man really believes he is part of a modern developed civilization with rule of law and workers rights he is delusional.
