What about Typhoo and Yorkshire Tea?

I don't have your knowledge of tea but I thought black tea was a British discovery. Somebody like The East Indian company discovered that tea thathad gone off and turned black actually made a good cuppa. Is thattrue that thw teawe drinkin Blighty was invented there. I know that most curry dishes we eat were invented by British Army cooks to preserve the food in a hot climate. The Indians went on tocopy our recipes.

What the Chinese call 'black tea' is spoken in Chinese as 'hong cha'. But 'hong' means red!
I've also drunk red tea in China. It tastes similar to black tea here.

I'm no tea expert. I merely posted some basic information regarding China teas. Of course, imported teas will cost more here.
