The "leader" of the foreign teachers, the "DOS" or whatever stupid title he has, indeed is an idiot with his attitude. This happens at Chinese schools, when even the most terrible things happen it is "business as usual".

We shouldn't blame the DOS. Sentiment doesn't come into it. He/she must've been acting according to the instructions of the school headmaster.
I believe that that school is a private high school. So it needs to take steps to preserve its reputation!
