My ex-student in China married a black guy (for this site I should be specific: my student is female). Their child was VERY black.
As the 3 of them walked down the street, she assured me that the crowd paying attention to her child was admiring her.
Kids don't want to be film stars. They want to fit in, to be like everyone else.
