Apparently, so the story goes, this poor fella was caught sleeping with someone other than his girlfriend (who said Chinese men were unfaithful?)
In order to 'say sorry', she took him for a 'walk' through the streets of Fuzhou. Apparently, she even told him to 'Stay!' while she waited for a red light to turn green. Love it!
