Karl is being kind, frankly.

A short list of issues we face:

- never ending webs of lies / "miscommunication" from both the Chinese management and the people who should be managing the FT's
- the FT's are always last to know anything - even students get to know what dates we will be allowed to leave before we do
- zero resources available to teachers, they will provide chalk to write on the blackboard, that's it.
- deductions from our salaries without cause or reason
- few / no rights - utterly hopeless Directors with no sway with the school
- mandatory meetings / events that fall on your day off
- the head of the school is truly the most unpleasant person you will ever meet
- the most useless and rude Chinese staff you will ever meet - and that's on a good day
- mandatory overtime which you will never be paid for
