Apparently, your revered ex pat buddies in Pattaya are not as informed as you may think. Or maybe some of them would rather not reveal what they know. If you actually give a damn, read the article. It might surprise you. It may even open your mind a wee bit. Either way, do the math after noting that the article was written over six years ago. Then, get your head out of the sand and realize that just because you don't see something happening it doesn't necessarily mean it's not happening.
