What a laugh! The Chinese call our democratic systems a farce when the Chinese people can't even elect their own independent leaders.

I notice that two democratically elected HK politicians will not be allowed to represent the Hong Kong people after they presented a banner saying "Hong Kong is not China".

The journo, his female interpreter, and his cameraman all seem to have conducted themselves admirably well despite having been provoked and rousted by the group of thugs. Compelling, but disturbing viewing imo!

I expect they will all be refused renewals of their journo visas when the time comes as retribution for trying to interview that Chinese lady and releasing film of what happened outside her house and nearby during their confrontation with the thugs, that visual record having ending up online.

The BBC seem to have done very well this time, would you agree?
