It is immoral when the boss leaves the 5 consecutive bankruptcies with all his money in his pocket (yes he is smart at doing things like that, I admit that 100%) and lives in luxury while the little guys have to go bankrupt and lose everything. When the boss does something like that on an ongoing basis, as a business, yes, it is immoral.
