There was a recent article in a UK newspaper where a woman with a british father and south korean mother refused to bow to her south korean boss. She was replaced with a south korean, as she was not considered "pure" enough. And do not even get me started on the korean air plane that crashed because the younger flight crew were afraid to tell the older pilot of a mistake/error in judgement he was making. A truly pathetic, bossy and sick culture. In the end they had to implement proper crew management to make sure such an error never occured again, and it was a Brit that set them right, backward,primitive cultural beliefs should hold no place in an airplane cockpit IMHO.
