Yes, I know you are. I am making a general distinction between Western society/government and that in China. I am not a travel agent tying to 'sell' China as a popular destination.

As for the visa, this is China.....a few $ in the 'right' pocket and anything is possible.

FYI, not everyone wants to marry. Men in their fifties should be taking it easy, not worrying
about marriage and kids and being home by a certain time, etc, all that sort of shit.
