The REAL 'reason' that Pearl Harbour was attacked will probably never be known, but some conspiracy theorists believe that Roosevelt taunted the Japanese just so that the U.S. could enter World War II. (wouldn't that be a surprise, lol)

The Japanese not only attacked Pearl Harbour on December 7th 1941, they simultaneously attacked US military bases in the Philippines, Thailand, and others too.

Their intended 'target' at Pearl Harbour, which is believed to be the US Navy aircraft carriers, weren't even AT the base that day.
