OOH, Vodka on your cornflakes, lol. I once knew a married couple in the UK that subscribed to that idea. The sad thing was that they were both dead at 40, (literally within weeks of each other), and left 5 kids orphaned.

Try putting it on your fish 'n' chips in the evening instead, much healthier, lol.
