I, for one, applaud your efforts, Julia; however, you'll quickly see that the naysayers here will expend little energy to create positive change. Nor will they support any efforts to do so. Your best course of action, in my opinion, is to ignore them and take pride in your endeavor while finding other means by which you can receive helpful input.
