These FT's should retrain actually and become proper teacher and then they can teach in their
own countries and be able to afford the smart suits to wear.

Bloddy, have you EVER tried teaching whilst wearing a suit, especially a dark coloured one? It gets covered in chalk dust after one lesson, and by the end of the day you look like a snowman.

Summers in China are extremely hot and humid too. Many schools (notably XDF), won't allow the classroom air-con to be turned on until the temperature reaches 30C. Shirt-and-tie + chalk-dust in 30C heat in a sweaty classroom? No thanks!
