Mopping is good, Taffy.
The space between the tiles (the grout lines), is lower than the tiles. This is where the dirty water of the mopping ends up, because of gravity and because of Murtphy's law (Anything that can go wrong, will go wrong).
The grout lines need to be dried with towel papers or some rag.
And everything will be OK.
