I've been working at a Rajabhat university in Thailand for five years. I received my end of contract bonus a few weeks ago. I was sad to see it was not only less than one months base salary but less than the bonus I received last year. If you teach at a Rajabhat can you tell me if your bonus was less than expected. I think they owe me 1900 baht.
