Don't get me wrong.If you took your time to go through my post,you'd see that i didn't specifically said 'all schools'.I meant most 'private schools'.
If you care to know,i've never worked in the south of China but from what i heard from friends working there,especially in Private schools,it's not something to write home about.
I tried to give advice based on what i heard and read from some esl sites and friends.
Mind you,i'm not a pessimist,i'm a realist!
Please don't judge others in this forum.Just give your opinion based on your experience.Period!
