What EFL textbooks have you used or been exposed to in China that you consider worthwhile? Why?

What textbooks would you recommend?

Do you know of a website that has a definitive list of EFL textbooks?

Can you recommend a pronunciation book that would be suitable in a China EFL classroom that is teacher and student friendly? That is, not overly laden with unnecessary theory or complexities.
